Ok so I have only just posted but the last post seemed more like an introduction!
Today J, Chloe and I went to Wisley Gardens which is near where we live. We have recently been given membership there as a present and so I'm looking forward to many more visits in the future. It was gorgeous weather, even if it is winter and many of the plants were dead or bare. Chloe really enjoys it there and there's something about being outside which I think is good for all of us. As we were walking round it struck me that this is what family life is - days when you can be together as a little unit. This includes the debate about where to park, the struggle to get Chloe to sit in her pushchair and the rush to get home in time for lunch! It's all time invested in our family and will be what we remember when the kids are older.
I am feeling very blessed by God at the start of this new year. We have a new family home, secure jobs, a supportive and generous family, a beautiful and vivacious daughter (I know, long word, but it's the best way to describe her!) and I am blessed with a wonderful, giving, loving husband. God is very good and I know he will continue to be good throughout 2012. Blessed be your name!
